Passport to Good Nutrition
Every March, we celebrate National Nutrition Month. We are in the planning stages for March 2018. See below for our March 2017 event.
This past year our theme was "Passport to Good Nutrition", which offered students access to international foods that are healthy and taste great. We encouraged students to enjoy international flavor at a local level.
We focused on global cuisine that isn't typically offered in the dining halls - French, Greek and Thai. Each week, students had two opportunities to enjoy a dinner that spotlights these foods. Students with a valid dining plan who ate in the designated dining halls during dinner on the dates listed below were entered to win prizes. Prizes were drawn for each theme meal - the more passport dinners students attended, the more chances they had to win!
